The summary is automatically taken from the subject, the description is the content of the email.The attachments are automatically attached email subject will be set as the Issue summary, the email body will be set as description.
You are able to upload a copy of the email and any of the emails attachments to Jira. Items are automatically checked and can still be deselected .
You can also direct the issue to the responsible person.
