Linked emails and related emails
A linked email was either sent by the Jira app or created by our Workspace Add-On. All emails in conversations (e.g. answers) started by any of these events will count as related emails.
Directly linked emails will be marked with the chain icon.
View Related Emails

In our Related Emails issue panel you are able to view or reply to existing and send new emails.
View email
Click on the email or the eye icon to view a email. You can also download any attachments on the opened email.

Click on the reply button to reply to the mail.

When sending an email, users can select and add any emails as recipients as necessary.The subject is automatically set to the issue key followed by the issue summary.
By default, the message body includes the text "Related to" followed by the issue key but is not necessarily mandatory for our application to work. To access the Assets Importer Panel, navigate to the "Assets" tab, then go to the schema configuration menu and select the "Import" option. If you've already created an importer, you'll find it listed there.
Start Imports
Important: Before proceeding, ensure that the importer is configured correctly, following the detailed instructions provided on the Setup & Installation page.
To initiate an import, simply click the "Import data" button.

Edit mapping
To modify the mapping, click on the "Edit mapping" dropdown. The mapping details will be displayed, allowing you to enable or disable objects. You can also adjust the attribute mappings by clicking on the "Edit attributes mapping" button.

Configure app
To access the "Configure app" menu, find the three dots within your importer field and click on them. From the dropdown menu that appears, select "Configure app".

Edit import structure
To access the "Edit import structure" menu, locate the three dots within your importer field (similar to accessing the "Configure app" menu) and click on them. From the dropdown menu, select "Edit import structure."

Delete
To delete the importer, find the three dots associated with it and click on them. From the dropdown menu, select "Delete." A confirmation pop-up will appear; click "Delete" again to permanently remove the importer.
