Users can easily start a new Google Chat about this issue by clicking the "New Chat" 
button. This allows you to quickly initiate a conversation and discuss the issue seamlessly.
After clicking the "New Chat" button, the user just has to enter the recipients to chat with. Additionally, the user can change the topic of the chat's name if desired.
After creating the chat space you can open the associated Google Chat with clicking on the “View” 
button.
