The Issue Alarm Forge App operates within the Atlassian Cloud environment. The app stores the account ID of the user for the purpose of identifying users within the Atlassian Cloud instance. Additionally, the app stores a URL of the instance in a DynamoDB hosted on AWS. Access to this data is restricted to authorized personnel only. All other user-specific data is stored securely within the Atlassian Cloud infrastructure. For analytical purposes, the app also tracks usage frequency.
Data Usage
We do not collect or store any additional user-specific data beyond the account ID and the URL of the instance. The Issue Alarm Forge App does not access, collect, or store any other personal or sensitive information from users.
