Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lovebyte shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Appdirect, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Issue Alarm application.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Landesgericht GrazAustria, without regard to its conflict of law provisionsprinciples.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Lovebyte regarding the use of the App concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
