End User License Agreement (EULA) for Issue Alarm

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (referred to herein as "User" or "You") and Lovebyte, a company based in Styria, Austria, located in Neudorf bei Ilz, governing your use of the Issue Alarm application ("App").

  1. Acceptance of Terms: By using the Issue Alarm application, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use the App.

  2. License Grant: Lovebyte hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Issue Alarm application solely for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  3. Data Storage of the Issue Alarm application operates by storing data in the Atlassian cloud. Lovebyte does not store any user data independently. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that your data will be stored in the Atlassian cloud, subject to Atlassian's terms of service and privacy policy.

  4. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lovebyte shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Issue Alarm application.

  5. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

  6. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Lovebyte concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

  7. Modifications: Lovebyte reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of the App following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.
