This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the terms of use for the Issue Alarm application ("App") provided by Lovebyte, a company registered in Neudorf bei Ilz/ Austria ("Lovebyte", "We", or "Us").
By using the App, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
Acceptance of Terms: By using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use the App.
Changes to Terms: Lovebyte reserves the right to update and change the terms of this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Account Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account with the App. You must be 16 years of age or older to use the App.
Use of the App: You may only use the App for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You may not use the App in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
Data Storage: Your data entered into the App is stored securely in the Atlassian cloud. Lovebyte does not store any of your data independently.
Intellectual Property: Lovebyte retains all intellectual property rights to the App, including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, and trade secrets.
Termination: Lovebyte reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time without prior notice and for any reason.
Limitation of Liability: Lovebyte shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Landesgericht Graz, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Lovebyte regarding the use of the App and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the App.
