Admin Settings

As Jira admin you can do the following:

• Edit and reschedule alarms

• Manage the alarms of all users in the Alarm Overview

• Create alarms (same as a regular user, please check the User guide)

Jira Permissions

All users are contained in groups applied to the Adminster Jira permission will automatically be granted the access to the Alarm Overview.

To edit the Adminster Jira permission you need to navigate to Jira Settings → System → Security: Global Permissions. In the Adminster Jira section you can assign your own users and groups as well.

Alarm Overview Management

The Alarm Overview can be found on the Issue Alarm admin page and is only visible to Jira admins.

• Identify all alarms that will be sent in the future

• Edit and reschedule alarms

• Change the recipients

• Remove the alarm completely and stop any further notification
